Founder of Mindful Motion Collective

My journey began in my early 20s, when I realized that not all movement is created equal. Some forms of movement don’t just strengthen the body—they help release tension, calm the mind, and help you return to your authentic self.

That realization shaped the way I approach movement and wellness today. For over 20 years, I’ve supported women through a more intentional and holistic path to health—combining movement, strength, breath, and mind-body awareness.

My work is rooted in helping women release stress, rebuild strength, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves without pressure, intensity, or overwhelm.

This is not about pushing harder. It’s about moving in a way that supports where you are today.
